Final Details
If your 4-stroke Strike-Lite Auger backfires you should replace the spark plug. Strikemaster Part # 1-CMR6A.

Make sure to grease on the output shaft of your transmission before assembling your auger.  This will help in separating the two parts later.  It’s also a good idea to take off once in a while to grease and check wear and tear. This is also a good time to check blade screws and collar bolts.
